Video is requested if the payment is not found during the initial check. This helps the trader speed up additional verification. If payment is still not found after video review, the trader requests a bank statement. Waiting time can be up to 3 days.
To create an exchange order, the Client must complete mandatory KYC verification by providing a high-quality photo of the Client's face next to the identity document (passport). Order creation is unavailable until the verification is approved by the Service administrator.
