- Transfer amount.
- Recipient details (the destination account must be clearly visible).
- Final payment status: "successful".

Screen recording (video confirmation)
The screen recording should confirm successful transfer and include:
- Start recording from login to your banking account after entering the password.
- Payment details where funds are sent must be visible.
- Transfer amount and date must be visible.
- Final payment status: "successful".
When video is requested
Video is requested if the payment is not found during the initial check. This helps the trader speed up additional verification. If payment is still not found after video review, the trader requests a bank statement. Waiting time can be up to 3 days.
SLA for payment processing
- 20 minutes for payment verification.
- +10 minutes to attach the receipt.
Mandatory KYC verification
To create an exchange order, the Client must complete mandatory KYC verification by providing a high-quality photo of the Client's face next to the identity document (passport). Order creation is unavailable until the verification is approved by the Service administrator.
